Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 17 July 2025
We aim to ensure transparency and fairness in refund, return, and cancellation processes.

1. Refunds
Full refunds are issued if:
• Product is defective, expired, or damaged (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
• Product is lost or damaged during shipping
• Order is cancelled by us due to unavailability or suspected fraud
Process:
• Refunds initiated within 7 working days after verification
• Reimbursed to original payment method (or alternate if mutually agreed)
• Refund timelines depend on bank/gateway policies
2. Returns
Returns are accepted if:
• Wrong product delivered
• Product is expired, damaged, or not matching description
Conditions:
• Report within 24 hours
• Must be in original, sealed packaging
• Partial or used items not accepted
• Batch number must match invoice
Exceptions (Non-Returnable):
• Injections, surgical items, health monitors, orthopedic braces
• Cold-chain or temperature-sensitive items (unless faulty/expired)
• Products marked “Non-Returnable”
• Products from Patient Assistance Programs

3. Replacements
If a return is approved and stock is available, we may offer a replacement. If not, we’ll issue a refund.
4. Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if not yet dispatched
• No cancellations allowed after dispatch
• If cancelled by us (e.g., due to stock or fraud), a full refund will be issued
