3. User Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally competent. If ordering for a dependent/minor, you must be their guardian or legally authorized.
4. Registration & Security
You agree to:
• Provide accurate, up-to-date details
• Maintain account confidentiality
• Take responsibility for actions under your account.

5. Communication Consent
By using our services, you agree to receive:
• Transactional messages via SMS, WhatsApp, and email
• Marketing communication if opted in (can be opted out anytime)

6. Prescription Products
• Prescription uploads must comply with applicable laws.
• Pharmacists may validate prescriptions before processing.
• Drug substitutions only as legally allowed or as directed by prescriber.

7. Product Orders
• Product listings are invitations, not binding offers.
• Orders are confirmed only after stock/prescription validation.
• Title of goods transfers to you after dispatch and full payment.
• Delivery charges and timelines are displayed during checkout.

8. Payment
• Payments accepted via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, wallets, and COD
(where available).
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (unless otherwise specified).
• We are not liable for third-party payment gateway failures.

9. Delivery
• Shipments handled via trusted logistics partners.
• We will help resolve any delays or issues caused during transit, but are not liable for third-party failures.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

11. Acceptable Use
• Platform is for personal, lawful use.
• You must not misuse the Platform for unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or malicious purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Platform, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
