Uses:  

• Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL)  
• Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)  
• Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL)

Common Side Effects:  

• Headache  
• Diarrhea  
• Fatigue  
• Low platelet count  
• Muscle pain  
• Infections (especially respiratory)

Drug Interactions:  

• Avoid concurrent use with strong CYP3A inhibitors or inducers (e.g., ketoconazole, rifampicin)  
• Use with caution if patient is on anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs  
• May interact with proton pump inhibitors (PPIs)

Caution With:  

• Patients with a history of bleeding disorders  
• Liver or kidney impairment  
• Those receiving other cancer therapies concurrently
